Again, we are before 2 mayor expeditions but we calculated with our local accountant that we have a shortage of about US$ 3,600.00 to pay all medicines, needed surgeries and transportation for the next months (till October). This doesn’t include still the love offerings for our brave local Doctors and pastors to go out to the poorest regions where we work and where no money or medical care is available.

The biggest costs right now are maintaining our rather old Ambulance Toyota land cruisers. They are from (1998, 2002 and 2 are from 2006) and have some serious defects. A stuck motor (the oldest one), problems with the brakes what make an expedition in the Andes (till 12.00 feet high) extremely dangerous, very needed new tires to not slip in the deep ravines in the Bolivian Andes, etc…

We hope to make possible the next challenges with your help. We need to trust in God but know that God only works through your generosity. On the same time, we encounter also blocked roads because it seems that the death has voted to put the communistic party (MAS) again in leadership.

It’s too bad that most don’t realize how many lives we have healed and saved in this ongoing Covid epidemic where people are dying already from their 35 years on because of a low immune system (malnutrition). Also, during the last decades when we started this ministry in 1986 (first outreach in Bolivia).

But now, many parents who have 4 till 6 or more children are dying from Covid leaving countless orphans behind. They die here early because a very low immune system (malnutrition) and vaccines do not exist in these regions.

These people belong to our Christian family. Therefore, I ask you in the name of our Bolivian brothers and sisters to not give up giving. This more than 30 years existing mission (Doctors On Mission) is a 501 (c) (3) organization, is free of administration costs.

We are committed to go to these places where there is no medical care at all! No clinic, no doctor or nurse, no dentist, no pharmacy, no oxygen, etc… Your gift is so imported in these times! You can make a real difference as we want to continue this ministry since my first outreach in 1986.
